2. Required Information

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The content may be restored within 10-14 business days if no court action is filed.
