Seller Agreement

1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on Loot.md, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid account, and agree to provide accurate tax information as required by EU DAC7 regulations before publishing your first listing.

2. Listing Requirements

All listings must accurately describe the content being sold. Product descriptions, screenshots, and tags must be truthful and not misleading.

3. Pricing and Fees

Sellers set their own prices. The Platform charges a commission on each sale. Exact fee percentages are displayed on your seller dashboard.

4. Tax Compliance (DAC7)

Under EU DAC7 regulations, we are required to collect and report seller information (legal name, tax ID, date of birth, address) to the relevant tax authorities. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date tax information.

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect or manual bank transfer (IBAN). A hold period applies to all sales before funds become available for payout.

6. Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have proper licenses for all content you sell. You grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your listings.

7. Disputes and Refunds

Sellers must respond to buyer disputes within 7 days. Failure to respond may result in an automatic refund to the buyer.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. Upon termination, existing purchases remain valid. Pending payouts will be processed according to the standard schedule.
