1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Loot.md (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including EU DAC7 tax reporting regulations. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the content they list.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not list content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates our Content Policy.

6. Payments and Fees

The Platform charges a commission on each sale. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Specific fee structures are detailed on the seller dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
