Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Loot.md are digital goods. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases: the product is significantly different from its description, the product is defective or non-functional, or unauthorized duplicate charges occurred.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, open a dispute through your purchase history within 14 days of purchase. The seller will have 7 days to respond before admin review.

4. Seller Disputes

If the seller and buyer cannot resolve the dispute, our admin team will make a final decision based on the evidence provided.
